If, due to an Act of Nature, an entire event, such as the Masters, is canceled for the day, a full refund, minus shipping and handling will be issued if you have weather insurance. The refund will only be issued upon return of the badges to our office the day of play.
The cost is an additional 15% of the total ticket purchase before shipping charges. Weather insurance must be purchased over phone and confirmed via fax. 7% processing will apply. Weather insurance can only be added to an existing order up to 15 days prior to the first day of the event.
An act of nature is defined as inclement weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, or other Acts of Nature. Weather Insurance is valid only if the entire day of play is cancelled and does not apply if any event is cancelled after play has officially begun.
