PGA Tour - The Masters Sales Policy

In addition to our regular sales policies, the following rules superceed our standard policy and are in addition to those policies.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Due to mother nature, you should purchase weather insurance if you are concerned. There will be no refunds due to weather. However, we do offer weather insurance at an additional cost. Please visit our Weather Insurance Page

PRACTICE ROUND BADGE DELIVERY
If you purchase practice round tickets (Mon-Wed), the badges will be shipped to you in advance of the practice round or at your option, pick them up after 7:00am at our Augusta office. For More Detailed Information please visit our Pickup and Delivery Page

TOURNAMENT ROUND BADGE DELIVERY
All daily tournament badges will be picked up in Augusta (after 7 am) at our local office (three blocks from Augusta National). All badges must be returned to the same location. A deposit on the daily badge is REQUIRED. In the event you purchased a 4-Day Tournament Badge, you will receive this badge prior to the week of the event. However, you may still pick them up at out Augusta office after 7:00am.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
Place your order for the number of tickets and specific day(s) you want to attend by either our website or by calling us at 866.771.6900.
We will fax or email you an invoice that provides you with all the necessary information related to your order.
You should initial and sign in the appropriate areas on the invoice and fax back to our office at 888.949.0300.
Once all the paper work is received, then you must make at least a 50% deposit to reserve your tickets.
We will contact you in the beginning of March to go over pick up and final payment details.
