PGA Tour - The Masters Pickup Information

Masters 2008 - Pick-Up/Delivery Information
The Masters are divided into two portions: Practice Rounds and Tournament Rounds.

Practice Rounds
The Practice Rounds occur on the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of Masters Week. All tickets are sold as single days or half days. No deposit is required for Practice Round tickets, and the tickets do not have to be returned to Proper Seats.

The delivery schedule for single day tickets is as follows:

  • Monday Practice Round tickets (4/7) are delivered by Thursday before (4/3).
  • Tuesday Practice Round tickets (4/8) are delivered by Friday before (4/4).
  • Wednesday Practice Round tickets (4/9) are delivered by Monday (4/7).
The latest tickets will be delivered the morning of the event, after 8am.

Half day tickets can be picked up after 2pm the day of the event. Half day tickets are for the afternoons only - no half day tickets for the mornings are available.

Tournament Rounds
The Tournament Rounds occur on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of Masters Week. Tournament badges are sold as single day, 2-day, 3-day and 4-day badges. No half day badges are sold, with the exception of Sunday.

Delivery of Tournament Badges will typically be the week of the event, with 4-day badges guaranteed by Wednesday, April 4th. Customers can pick up all other badges at Properseats on-site office after 7:00 am the day of the event. Under special circumstances, pick ups can be made the night before the event.

**Early delivery of Masters Practice Round tickets and 4-day Badges is possible, but prices may be slightly higher. Please make specific delivery deadlines clear to your sales rep when ordering.

Tournament badges MUST be returned to Proper Seats, and we require a deposit be made at the time of purchase. As long as the tickets are returned to Proper Seats within the proper time period, all deposits will be refunded. If a badge is not returned to Proper Seats, the user will lose their deposit. Please see deposit schedule on the left column tab.

PLEASE NOTE: If badges are lost, stolen, cancelled or confiscated for any reason (use of cell phone, fighting, heckling etc.), Properseats will not be held responsible and the customer's deposit will be forfeited. If a replacement badge is then requested by the customer, they will have to pay full market value for the replacement. Please ask your sales rep prior to the event if you need more information.
